I am trying to cancel Apple One Premium. I would like to have the storage and music for family. I tried multiple times on multiple devices and get the same issue. “ You must cancel subscription from device used to sign up.” I have tried and this has taken me mor than a hour to get to this far with it. It renews on Aug 10 2021.

Did a family member sign up for the subscription?
A Family Sharing organizer can’t manage subscriptions for other family members. Ask your family members to change or cancel their subscriptions from their own devices or when they're signed in with their own Apple ID. You can also use Ask to Buy to control what kids buy.
