compressor error messages

Working with another cameraman's video. Went to compress 4 movies....2 went through, 2 did not. Error message is as follows:

Failed: Error: RequestFrameAt returned: 3 for absolute frame: 38829

2nd error message was same, but was frame "8282".

Can somebody help me decipher this to see if I can fix?

Using Catalina 10.15.7 / Compressor 4.5.4 / FCP 10.5.4

The frame numbers indicate a possible corruption on the file. In Compressor you can change the viewer to display frames and go to the problem frames and see what's happening. You might not see anything specific in that area, but if there are compression errors on the original the file can't be processed without editing.
