Log in with your Apple ID and Password on your iPhone and it will be added to that Apple ID’s account. Is this what you meant?
All your devices signed on with the same Apple ID will be kept under that Apple ID.

Hi everyone,
I tried to log in with my Apple ID and I got the following answer : “This email address is not available. Choose a different address.”.
so, I don’t know how to get my devices under the same account.
I believe you may be attempting to create an Apple ID instead of signing into an already existing Apple ID (yours). If you already have a working Apple ID then you should be able to log in by using it on your other devices. Ensure that you signing on and creating the Apple ID.
