Why is my safari app not browsing my web pages
How can I reset my safari browser? Because I can't open my most important sites due to safari unable to open them.

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
