Just got my new 27' iMac, with Big Sur. Copied everything over from the old iMac okay via a Time Machine backup. But! On the old machine, I had the font for the Menu bar larger and bolded for better visibility. I have searched everywhere, but I can't find a way to do the same to the new Menu Bar in Big Sur. Ideas?

Try System Preferences / Displays / Display tab. Change the Resolution to Scaled then choose larger text.
