I can’t update my phone

What do you see on your screen when you attempt to update your iPhone 7 Plus? Please state the exact error message. You may even post a screen shot of the error message.

A few things to consider when updating your iPhone:

Requirements to start and install an Update on an iPhone-

• The phone must be charged to over 50%
• Low Power Mode must be OFF
• You cannot be connected through VPN
• You must have a Wi-Fi connection (not cellular)
• Ensure that you have 6GB - 8GB of free storage space on your iPhone
• You should plug in the phone or put it to charge to assure it stays on and connected to Wi-Fi.
