Apple ID keeps locking

My apple id keeps locking nearly every day and it is getting really frustrating having to enter security info to keep unlocking, I dont have 2FA on and i dont particularly want to enable it I have also seen this is happening to people who have 2FA enabled.

What is happening Apple ? for the first time i am seriously considering moving to Android due to the inability to fix this it has now been 8 months and no sign of it improving.

Have you changed your Apple ID email address or password recently? Please click on this link and read "What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID [email address] or password" ➔ https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - "After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using." - Or if you're seeing persistent disabled messages or repeated requests for the password to your previous Apple ID. You may also wish to turn off "Find My" before changing information and turn it on again afterward.

Really? I respond to a hundred posts a day on this support forum and I don't see maybe one per day and that's usually taken care of with the information in the link I posted. Sure, if you search the forum you will but then you're aggregating 20 years of posts and many old configurations that don't even exist anymore.


Try contacting Apple about this:

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
