i want to change my phone number at my apple id because my phone was lost before and i cannot get an OTP for that but I know my password for my apple id the problem is the OTP can you help me?

When i Sign in and put password need an authentication so my previous number was registered and need an otp. how can I open my apple account if need an OTP?
