My watch screen is unresponsive when I try to end my swim. I turn the dial to expel the water and when I swipe right to access the screen that allows me to end the activity, I just get a blank screen. Initially I didn’t have a problem but it seems within the last 2 months or so, I am unable to access the screen to stop the timer. After about 10 mins, it defaults to prompting me to end the activity. I don’t understand why it worked just fine before and now doesn’t.

It is possible that your fingers are wet.

Try pausing the workout by pushing in the crown and the side button.

Then dry off the screen and your hand

Then turn the digital crown to unlock

You should now be able to swipe to end.
