Prevent watch from turning on off wrist

How can you stop an apple watch (4) from showing the unlock password screen off wrist ?

Practical problem:

In the workspace it is not allowed to wear the watch and there is no way to safely store so it sits in a pocket for a few hours a day. There is no way someone touched it!

Today there where too much unlock attempts and as a result the watch had to be factory reset with all settings erased.

This could be prevented if the watch has to be on the wrist to attempt to log in and or multi finger to wake up the screen.
