If I want to be sure my Apple watch is backed up, do I have to unpair it on a regular basis then re-pair it and re add all bluetooths, and CC info that was lost?
I recently got a new watch. Most recent back up was from January 2019.
There has to be an easier way than this.
I did it at the AT&T store with their support.

The watch backup is included with your iPhone back up.
But there is not much backed up besides your settings.
When I re-pair my watch I always install as new. The only difference as I said is the settings.
Your cards are not in the backup.
