How do I delete apps in my iPhone 11?

How do I delete apps? When I hood the app down the only options are to remove apps from home screen. I can’t delete apps from the App Store or settings. How do I fix this?

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.
