Hello I have a problem when I type "J" in the search bar, safari gives me recommendation of some site which starts with that letter, but that site is probably blocked or something, so safari right after cancel the recommendations while deleting the "J" latter. So basically I canť search anything what starts with letter "J" because its get right after deleted.

In Safari, click History in the menu, click Show all history and in the search field (top right) type "J" and, in the search results, delete all the websites you no longer want to see.
already tried that, but the site isn't even in history a don't even know what site is it, its just there and blocking everything.
