Hi Naglrw8,

We see you have a question about your iPad. Could you clarify by letting us know what you mean by task bar? If you're referring to your Dock, it's always positioned at the bottom on an iPad unless rotation lock is enabled (Rotate the screen on your iPad). Are you referring to a particular app?
