Only indirectly. The Apple TV app currently doesn’t support in-app purchases on Fire TV. You will have to do the transaction (buy, rent, subscribe) on a different device. Once the transaction is done, the content will be accessible for viewing in the Apple TV app on Fire TV, when signed in with the same Apple ID account as used for the transaction.
