need a receipt for my purchase of a MacMini. How can I get it from Apple?

View or Print Invoice

Once an item is shipped or picked up, Apple will create an invoice for your order. To view or print your invoice, go to your Order Listing

 page and select an item to go to the order details. Then, select View Invoice at the top of your order details page to access your invoice.

The only orders listed are ones from this year. I am transferring corporations, and my accountant needs the amounts I've spent with you since 2017 (thousands on four computers and phones and more). I can't find it anywhere under my apple id account. I was able to get the order numbers from your customer service, who had that and no sales amounts. Your system says the order numbers from 2017 and 2018 are invalid. For Best Buy and Amazon, I was able to get all of my purchases ever. Apple tracks my entire life yet can't tell me how much I spend there. Over an hour on the phone and time scouring your website... nada. I have to make it up now and that is never good with taxes.
