Hello. I have a Macbook Pro from 2014, I have never updated, and since I am working on a different computer for a company I work for, my macbook was in a closet. Today I am trying to enter the computer, but first of all, I do not remember the password. Once I try to use my Apple ID and password, it is not recognizing. I have two different Apple IDs and I reset both of them with new passwords. Even still the macbook pro 2014 is not recognizing it. Any idea how can I succeed? Thanks. Vini
