my iPhone isn't coming up on iTunes or finder
my phones says disabled connect to iTunes but its plugged into my mac and my phone isn't coming up on iTunes

You need to turn off the iPhone before connecting it to the computer and then press and hold the right side button while connecting it. See full instructions in If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
