Accessing icloud dat when I no longer have apple device

How do I search files on iCloud.com. Local iCloud folder is out of sync, and don't want to DL all folders from icloud.com, or a whole folder, just so I can search it. I don't see a search function. Lots of nested folders so Ctrl-F search/find in Safari is not answer. Pretty easy on Dropbox
