I have a macbook pro high sierra 10.13.6 and need to upgrade to 10.14 or higher. My MacBook pro is mid2012. How can I do that?

A mid-2012 through early-2013 MacBook Pro can be upgraded to Catalina 10.15.7 but no higher version.
