Hi, the first thing to try if you have not already is to take out the SIM card and reinsert it, if possible try a different SIM to se if its a carrier problem. Also try resetting your network settings (please note this step will also remove if any your WiFi passcode so you will need this to set it back up). Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Apple has a support page for this problem https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201415
