I’ve had a transaction of £9.99 come out of my bank account for Apple but I don’t know what it’s for. I do not use Apple Music or any of the other “apple” apps and wondered if it was possible to be refunded?

This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We don't have access to information about charges to your account. See each of the steps in the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

Once you find out what the charge is for, if you want to try to get a refund, see: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
