Technical trouble.

I can only hear my calls when I put it on speaker. I cannot hear my calls on normal audio even though the volume is high. I have tries everything. Can you please help? I just bought this phone 2 weeks back.

If it has been less than 14 days and you bought it from an Apple Store return it for a refund and get your money back. Otherwise use your warranty by clicking on the Get Support link at the top right of this page.
