I will try all things for sim updates an all but till now my iPhone not supported sim card

Are you seeing any error messages such as Invalid SIM or No SIM?
Then the phone is most likely locked to a different carrier, you will need to contact that carrier and have them unlock your phone before you can use your SIM.
