Apple Gives Homework:
By learning from one's own experiences. Troubleshooting and Researching a solution to an issue that I've come across, myself. I've just troubleshot an issue with Apple, and had to troubleshoot it, and get back to them. Kinda like Apple giving me homework --Its all learned.
