My phone has stopped not ringing, it does vibrate. So far I have checked -
Do not disturb is NOT turned on,
Volume is turned up,
Speakers work well for other functions i.e. calls and music
Bluetooth is turned off - to ensure nothing else is interfering
All calls impacted, not just one number.
What else can I try?

I can make and receive calls, it just doesn’t make any noise when it rings.
