Can I change my screen if it’s in my warranty??

If it is a manufacturing defect, then yes. If the issue comes from an accidental event, no (unless you subscribed to an AppleCare Plus Protection Plan).

Make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

Apple Technicians will judge your problem and, after checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
