I paid for my storage yet it’s still saying it’s not enough storage!! I upgraded it

i paid for storage, which means I upgraded it and it’s still staying not enough storage. I’m not understanding, I paid 4 dollars in total

Where is it saying you don't have enough storage, on your phone or iCloud?

You cannot increase the storage on your phone, it is a fixed size.
