My 10 year old niece borrowed my iPhone and set up the phone with an iCloud that she does not remember Any of the info and now I can’t get into the phone without the activation lock info what do I do???

If you forgot your Apple ID password, there isn't much you can do to bypass Activation Lock.

You can reset your Apple ID password using another device to use that password to sign into this device. Additionally, Apple can help with Activation Lock if you have proof of purchase of the device.
