So the Apple Watch can use GPS and location services from my iPhone. How can I make the Apple Watch automatically show the weather where I’m located when I travel? It is a bit archaic to have to use my iPhone to manually change the weather location on my watch!
In the Watch app on the iPhone, click on Weather, then in Default City, set it to Current Location. That way it will always get the weather where you are currently located at.

Sounds good but when I select Default City, it forces me to choose one of the cities in my list. How do you make that dynamic?
You should have a listing called Current Location. If you do not, I'm guessing that you do not have Location Services set for Weather.
