why does it give me problems with storage whereas i bought space ?

Because you cannot buy space for your iPhone; it will never have more than it did when you bought the phone. You bought iCloud space, which is used for syncing and backing up. But it doesn’t add any storage to your phone. See→What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage?

Because renting iCloud storage space does not add storage space to an iPhone.
