If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support.    *


If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article? Make sure you turn of Find My Phone before signing out of the old ID. Once signed out and Find My Phone is off, then sign in with the new ID, then turn Find My Phone back on.

If necessary, contact Apple ID Support for assistance.  See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.

Get Support      -    Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.

Apple says if you see this message, "there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file." Apple Support is the only one who can fix this for you. I guess 'some people' just don't know that two different error messages refer to the URL for the If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support document. I try to draw their attention to this but I guess people just weren't reading all the posts.


The document in the link I provided is the most direct referral to the solution you need in this case.
