I have the same problem as many others where the original USBC charge cable, and all other USB C chargers and cables, no longer work with my IPad Pro. I haven’t seen a solution addressed here yet. I can only charge using USBA to USBC cables, which are slower. Why isn’t there a common solution for this yet?

Whilst not suggesting that you yourself do not have a problem, I have not noted any issues with charging using USB-C to USB-C charging cables with an iPad Pro - either before or after updating from iPadOS 14.8 to 15.0.

Troubleshooting generally requires substitution of the Power Adapter and cable for another known-good item.
Disregard my post. I was able to figure out the problem. Seems rare, but I actually had TWO faulty usbC cords.
