Sound

Bought a brand new iphone 12 from apple a few days ago, my sound just started not working on apps/music although ringer, phone calls and alarms still play sound. Tried restarting, the settings trick but still not working.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Adjust the volume on iPhone
