MacBook Pro 2020 - crashed and cannot log in

i took to apple and they were unable to access the files. Is it possible to recover files from this state? Also I need to try to recover files that were created since the last back up. Any recommendations on a recovery service or any advice on how to fix this.

I was working with Adobe on a photoshop problem and allowed a computer share. I know never again. He restarted my computer and it crashed to that screen above. It appears I have no login. I am not able to login to my existing profile. I am trying to get any files that were not backed up previously. I have worked with apple over the phone and in person at the store. The apple store was zero help they wanted to wipe it and they could not or would not assist me in retrieving the files.
I have never seen a screen like this. Looking for advice to retrieve files before I have to wipe it all.

And you tried a safe boot?

You give no backstory as to what lead to this situation....

I would erase/reformat/initialize the parent drive—reinstall the macOS from Recovery, then restore your user data from backups prior to the issue.
