after installining Ios 10.15.7 my trackpad is activating the secondary click all the time! i cann't work! What should i do?

Go to System Preferences->Trackpad and check the settings. Do you have "tap to click" activated? and "tap or click with two fingers"? See if changing this to one of the other options works better.
