Hey there!

There are several reasons why you'd want to remove "Find My Device". Since your phone is not working, let's go over how to remove "Find My Device" from a web browser.

  • Open your web browser
  • Go to www.icloud.com/find
  • Sign into your AppleID. If it asks you to verify your identity, refresh the page and try again.
  • Go to "All Devices" at the top of the screen.
  • Select the device you want to disable "Find My Device" on.
  • Select "Remove from account"
  • Now you're done!

Please keep in mind that your phone cannot be connected to the Internet for this to work. If it is, try to leave the WiFi zone, and/or take out the SIM card.

Hope this helped!
