iPhone 13 pro back crack

Did you purchase AppleCare+ at the time you bought the phone? I hope you did, as the back glass on iPhone is fused to the phone and cannot be replaced. The entire phone has to be replaced.

My iPhone 13 pro max which I just bought, felt and there is a crack on the back. But I purchased AppleCare+. Does anyone know a replacement phone is a new or not?
