Cannot send text to android users

Text to non iPhone (android)contacts are not being delivered.

Can you recieve texts from non iPhone users? These would be SMS texts (Green Bubble). Do you have an active cellular service on your iPhone? You can test whether your service is active by turning off Wi-Fi and then make and receive phone calls.

You can also contact your carrier's support team to work on the SMS text messages. It may just involve a simple reset to your SMS account by your carrier.
