Macbook pro is shutting down unexpectedly.

Hello Team,

My 16 inch 2019 Macbook Pro is shutting down unexpectedly 3- 4 times a day. Before shutting down black screen comes and fan swirls very fast making some noise.


After the staring the system on againg,

show the below message.

CATERR = catastrophic error condition, asserted by the processor


Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.


Learn what to do if your computer restarts or shuts down unexpectedly, or you get a message that your computer restarted or shut down because of a problem.

You can post the Kernel Panic reports— found /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports if more than one, post 3 max eaxh in its own 'Additional text' box for clarity


From the Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy and paste:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports


ends in .panic post the whole report use the Additional text box
