Apple Watch no sim

because my Apple Watch is suddenly not connected to the mobile network and when I enter to configure it it says no sim

By any chance, did you recently change carriers?

Having the same exact problem. Have been at the AT&T store who have also called Apple support for 4 hours with no success yet. Looking forward to hearing some solutions.
