Hi, my son broke my phone, now it's disabled, I got another phone, I'm using my old iCloud, but when I backed up the photos didn't come back, how do I take all my photos? I hope I consider my request, I am waiting for your reply, thank you and have a good evening.

It's unlikely you'll be able to retrieve your photos from the old device. If you backed up your device, you can restore from that backup. If you use iCloud photos, the photos will download once you log into iCloud and enable iCloud photos (Settings > photos).

- Check your Recently Deleted folder
- Make sure that iCloud Photos is turned on
- Sign in with the same Apple ID
- Unhide your photos
If you were not using iCloud Photos then you will have to see if they are part of a backup you made:
