Voicemail on my iPhone ex are not working

My voicemail is not working on my iPhone XR. The phone terminates the car after the specified number of rings, but does not send it to voicemail.

VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
