Why does my phone no longer receive voicemail? When people call me it is a default message now and no choice to leave a message.

Voicemail is a carrier-controlled feature. You will have to contact your carrier to fix any problem with it.

Since Voicemail is a specific cellular carrier's service, please contact them and explain your problem.

When talking to them, try talking to a chief technician, not to a seller.
