Sometimes, I can’t hear the voice of a caller or the receivers can’t hear whatever I say when I make calls with my iPhone 7plus

Sometimes I can’t make calls with my iPhone 7 Plus ,neither do the receiver hears what ever I say or hears mine

when ever it happens the speaker can’t be put on either
