To screen record, swipe down from the top right to open up a menu. Then look for a button with a circle inside another circle outline. Click that and a countdown from 3 will start. You can now close that menu (swipe up). After the countdown finishes the screen recording will start. To end the recording and go back to the menu and click the button again. If the button isn’t there, you can add it in settings.
