I haven’t been able to send video since the last update. Any suggestions?

To an Apple device, the device should have iMessage enabled.
To an Android, MMS must be used (requires a valid MMS plan)
Note: Depends on how large your video is, it will take some time.

To whom or rather by using iMessage or MMS.
To another Apple device use iMessage otherwise make sure you have a MMS plan from your carrier provision properly.
I’ve sent to android and apple users with no success. Support tapped into my phone and it appears it should be working.
