my safari wont update my macbook is from 2015

That is because Safari is installed as part of the operating system and normally cannot be individually installed. To upgrade Safari, you will have to upgrade your OS, if the computer is capable of accepting an upgrade. An update is when you install a newer version of the computer's same operating system.
