How to delete “On my iPhone” storage
In settings, in iPhone storage it say that “On my iPhone” it taking up 11 gb but I do not know how to get rid of it. I already tried restarting and deleting the “files” app. This is on the original iPhone se.

Deleting the files app won't help. Follow the prompt there to clean up the files you don't need.
Click on the right arrow next to where it says On My iPhone and it will take you to a list of documents.
