Apple ID hack

Apple won't reset back my account that's been hacked. What a waste of professionalism.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes you're right: we were asked to have a police report in order to confirm our identity. So we did it at the request of the Apple rep. Meanwhile, we kept receiving emails about transactions which were NOT ours. So the bad guys changed curial data in the account like phone number and turned on 2-steps auth.

We called Apple support today to find out now that the Apple ID has now a new state: Disabled! And the useless level-2 rep that spoke to me stated that at this point, there was nothing NOTHING that could be done to gain access back because this Apple ID violated the terms of service of Apple and was permanently banned/disabled.

So no Limnos, the "convincing part" has NOTHING TO DO with our case anymore. Apple didn't give a sh*t really because they just didn't take the steps to resolve adequately this issue.

Glad to learn that with this adventure, my kid (which is the victim really) is abandoning forking Apple. Welcome to android son!

Hello

I am so so sorry you have been through so much. I was hack a very long time ago by a Level 7 Hacker myself. Thankfully I went to the Genius Bar and an employee who was very smart contacted I-Tunes. They in turn talked with the Engineer’s who issued me a new Apple ID. I then changed my e-mail account and found when changing your e-mail be sure your recovery account isn’t your hacked account. This was not e-mails fault as they were forwarding my old e-mails, this was my fault I should have made sure the recovery was someone I knew and trusted. Unfortunately, mine had 4 devices that were not mine so I had to issue new passwords and prayed that sensitive information wasn’t stolen. I am currently being reminded to check my e-mail account so I do check when they remind me. I now have my family on there so I know I am okay but because it’s a high end hacker it’s will be something I will always have to check.

‘’I am so sorry again I wish I could change what happened but they are out there. So for me thankfully Apple was very=ery supported and so is Google I feel very lucky they still have my back.

one more note social networking I would start changing passwords on everything you can think of. I wish you nothing but the best

Thank you
